Face & Foot Zone Reset

A deeply relaxing, whole-body reset—through your feet and face.

This unique session blends facial and foot pressure point therapy with warm towels, calming energy work, and (if desired) essential oils. By stimulating specific reflex points on the face and feet, we support energy flow throughout the body’s systems—helping to relieve stress, restore balance, and encourage natural healing from head to toe.

This is a non-invasive, grounding experience that promotes deep calm, nervous system regulation, and overall wellness.

30-Minute Session - $55

Focused pressure point work on the face and feet to help reduce tension, clear mental fog, and support energetic alignment.
Perfect for a quick reset and relaxation.

60-Minute Session - $90

This full-body experience combines the full Base Foot Zone Reset with additional facial and scalp pressure point work, plus a soothing hand massage. This deeper session supports the entire system from top to bottom—grounding, calming, and restoring your energy from head to toe.
Ideal for those seeking full-body relaxation, energetic balance, and nervous system support.
